what rate Taxes on residential flat of rent to be paid

I have given residentail flat on rent , what type of taxes will come in play, rent is Rs 45000/

TDS, Service Tax, Municiaplity Tax, society charges at what rate to be levied ?

Complete for resendetial purpose there is no serve tax. If your are auditee case TDS is not applicable,Gross threshold limit for annual rent is 180000/- Municipal tax as per local rule and Society may hike maitaince some as per resolutions
