Got married in 2019 n divorce ed in 2024 want to make changes in my pf account want full amount must receive my kid who is now 3 yrs old. and delete husband name in pf account

You can submit an application to the employer to effect the change of nomination in your service records including that of the PF and other terminal benefits from your husband name to your minor child's name by attaching a copy of the divorce decree. You can appoint a guardian to the minor child to take care of the interest of the minor during its age of minority in this regard.

Yes. You can change the names of beneficiaries in your service record. You shall apply to your employer by enclosing the divorce decree with the names of the beneficiaries and if your children/child are/is minors, with a guardian name with a relationship for them.
