YES YOU ACCUSED CAN CROSS EXAMINE THE WITNESSES.BUT IT IS ADVISIBLE TO TAKE HELP OF LEGAL EXPERTS AS IT IS ALWAYS SAFE TO DEFEND ACCUSED BY A PERSON HAVING LEGAL KNOWLEDGE.KINDLY NOTE THAT IN CRIMINAL COURT MATTERS THERE IS NO REVIEW OF ORDERS BY THE SAME COURT.GOOD LUCK.
