Up vat from 38

what is the last date of submission of up vat form 38 in UP vat department

The question is not very clear, but I try to answer.
The used form-38 should be submitted in department as follows:-
Month date Last Date
1-7 9
8-15 17
16-23 24
24-last 03 of next month.

Besides this, the AA and BB series of form-38 is outdated declared by the deptt and hence cancelled.
