Hon Members, Can unregistered society sue someone on the proposed name,if no then please send me the recent case laws of that. Sameer Ahmed.

Only a legal entity can sue and be sued in its own name. An unregistered society is not a separate legal entity and law does not recognise it as a legal person and as such, it cannot sue in its own name.
