Unauthorised construction

Dear experts, I am a layman and have required certain advice vide my request query on 13 Jul 2011 about an unauthorised construction. Though you have been answering all querries, I am surprised that I did not get a single advise on my request. Have I done something wrong or I have asked for too much I could not understand. May be to explain in detail, I made the query little long. With regards.
