Transfer of property

A buyer has filed law suit against the seller for money recovery. The seller has not received any summon yet.

Can the seller transfer property to his blood relative?

Will it be valid?

transfer of property during subsistence of suit is bound by the verdict to be passed therein. It has nothing to do with the receipt of summon or none of it.

If the seller is not aware of the suit as he has not receive any notice. Will the sale be valid.

Seller can sell the property. There is no stay or injunction not to sell or alienate the property.
