decision on transfer of one criminal case (in which only one order of maintainability is passed) pending before one JMFC to another JMFC before whom another criminal case pending (wherein 3 to 4 different orders passed including maintenance order) as the JMFC where many order passed is in a batter position to know the controversy in both the cases. Both the cases parties are same but place in cause title of cases are different. proceedings are panding under the same act
