Transfer of a female cadre

I am a working woman working in mumbai with public sector,air india ltd. my husband is working in private company in delhi. SO i want to get tranfer in delhi branch but my boss are not supporting giving reason there is less staff here and i cant be trasnfer there r vacancy in delhi. i am schedule caste candidate.is there any way that can help me to get tranfer

Make an application in writing to your boss and copy to his superior for your transfer at the working place of your spouse. They have to consider sympathetically of your case. Also to check out any person from Delhi branch is interested to join Mumbai so that mutual transfer also can be possible.
