if i m an advocate then can i do practicing as a trademark agent without any proceeding to becoming an agent. and it is necessary to become a trademark agent if i m an advocate.

As you are advocate, you can practise as trademark attorney without any registration as an agent or appearing in examination for trademark agent.

Do not forget to file FORM TM-48 while making an application on behalf of your client
