Dear Mr Mohan,
The HC has given interim stay orders in favour of the applicant and called the LRs from the respondent's side. You are requested to please meet Mr S Anil Kumar my friend at Banglore HC ph 08867907494 he can assist you in the case, take my name to him.

Here you have to represent yourself as LR's legal representative of the deceased father and contest the case. It is at the brink of the judgement so you have to followup with a help of a good and experience Advocate.
