We have filed one cheque bouncing case u/s 138 against one party in city civil court. The judgement was delivered against us in the court on 13-01-11 and the accused was acquited.
But till today we have not received the said order in our hand.

2.) How we can proove that we have received order in our hand late.

The time limit for appeal/revision is 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy. Date on which copy was applied for, date on which copy was ready and date of delivery of the copy are mentioned on the certified copy.

I am not agree with Mr. Palnitkar; Time limit for filling an appeal is 30 days from the date of judgment. You can not file revision against judgment! The time required for obtaining certified copy can be diducted while calculating the period of limitation.

within 30 days from the date of the issuance of the copy of order is right. You need to file appeal alone
