How much time the courts take to decide RCR and Divorce cases in Delhi.

What is the frquency of dates in RCR/Divorce cases in Delhi

How the case can be tried on day to day basis.

it depends upon case to case, if both parties fairly do their job on time not much time is needed to reach to decision stage. Day to day basis might not be just possible as the other party may seek time to file reply/ evidence etc. amitminocha@yahoo.com

That depends on the facts of the case but there is no golden rule for the time that in how much days or years the case could dispose of.

No court in India hear a case for rcr or divorce on a day to day basis.

Normally it is not used that is why i want to know from the experts how to use this section for day to day trial.

If one spouse is suffering from cancer or any other serious ailment then can he invoke this section effectively.

Please through some light.
