Suspension of sentence

My brother has been granted suspension of sentence and has filed for appeal in the upper court. He was convicted and now granted bail by the upper court already. The season court had suspended his sentence for a period of one month. What does he have to do on the date given for suspended sentence? Does he have to appear in the session court for any formalities on that date?

Since the court has passed an order to suspend the sentence, you may go through the order that if the court has imposed any condition in this regard, if not he do not have to visit court or police for the interim period of one month.

The court has asked to appear on completion of one month and in the mean time appeal has been filed in the upper court and bail granted. So now is there still a possibility to go to jail after the suspension of sentence is over. Bail has been granted by Upper Court.

Anyone learned to advice on this matter please. What are the implications of suspension of sentence after the period of one month given by sessions court is over. Bail already obtained from upper court and appeal filed. So what are the formalities on the date of reporting at Lowe court
