can a surety in a 324 ipc case travel abroad for a two months period . do the person for whom he had stood surety will have to bring other person in place of the one who is travelling plz advice

Independence of surety is not bound by the surety unless his travel abroad is restricted by a specific order of a competent court of law o his passport is impounded.
