Sir in civil case summon can be given to male female both if summoned person is not available
In criminal case it can be given to the adult male member only not female . But if the summoned person of criminal offence is female in that can can any female members of the female summoned if that female is escaping from.summon to be served

But sir in case if the person is absconding and protecting from being summoned than in such situations summoned can be served to any residing male member of family this cannot be considered valid service of summons if not on what ground kindly solve my query thanks in advance

The service of the summons is the duty of the court and not of the petitioner.
The court knows the procedures to serve the summons if the accused is not found in the given address.
The court can issue bailable warrant and can execute it through local police.
