Point out the important point which a court must keep in view while adjudicating a suit for specific performance and also state about precautions to be taken by the court in proceeding with ex-parte trial of suit for speific performance?

Issue regarding readiness and willingness of the plaintiff u/s 16(c) of the Specific Relief Act to be framed even if the defendant has not questioned it. This is basic and most important issue in the suit.
