Succession rights on property

Can any expert enlighten me as to a Hindu Girl, converting to islam, marrying a muslim is entitled to her share in her intestate father;s property.

Certainly - The Caste Disabilities Removal Act, 1850 has removed the disability that earlier used to be there that a Non Hindu could not inherit property belonging to a Hindu. However the disability persists with respect to offspring of such convert (provided offspring is not a Hindu).

The girl has the right to succeed to her father's property as his heir even after conversion to Islam.
