Stiridhan and ipc 406

1)Does gold ring , gold chain, watch given by in laws to husband, is also considered as stridhan and falls under IPC 406?

2)is it mandatory to have stridhan list as per Section 2 of Dowry Prohibtion rules 1985? in its absense, does 406 case gets dismissed? any supremecourt or law directive exists on these lines?

please help

1)-not stridhan but falls u/s-406 ipc!
2)-it is not mandatory ales other evidence as photographs video are there !
