Dear Sirs,
I am uploading a short note for your consideration. I request to be advised how to go about in correcting this situation. In my case, there is absence of sanction and I have valid grounds to show that there is 'Miscarriage of justice' on account of absence of sanction
Thanks
s.subramanian (Expert) 28 August 2010
No doubt sanction is very important for prosecution and it should be a valid sanction also. But the supreme court has taken a view that the absence of such a valid sanction must have caused prejudice to the accused so as to act upon it. I have conducted a regular research on this point of law of sanction since iI am specialising in Anti corruption cases. If you can send the details,I can help you.

Thanks Mr.Subramanian. A brief write up could not be uploaded in the first attempt. So, i repeated the query and also uploded the write up. I hope you have seen that. That would be of general interest.
I will send the details of my case shortly and would very much appreciate your help.
Thanks
