is state domicile reservation in educational institutes valid???
the other party's contention is that " indian constitution is not having any feature which supports the state domicile".

hi, anusha i know its too late to reply ur question but just now i came acrross.
in educational institution there is reservation on the basis of linguistic minority. i.e. in the state of mahrashtra if any educational institutes is running by the minority then they can reserve the seat for their own minority menbers and its permitted under the indian constitition.
