if we get threaten e-mails, how to find the source( IP address, phone number etc ) of e-mail? whom we have to approach to identify the source ( IP address, phone number etc ) of e-mail?

Dear Goud,
If you see the email very carefully, you will find one small set of words written below the frame of every mail, titled as "FULL HEADER". Just click on that and immediately the source, domain links, and medias through which that mail is sent appears. You can print with print command the complete mail along with full headers for evidence.
BUT, be aware, normally the spammers don't use their own mail accounts. They hack some innocent person's email account and misuse that for sending spam mails, etc. So, most likely, some innocent person may also get involved in the case.
However, if you are receiving threats through some specific email, you can hold him fully responsible. But mostly these persons use their free email accounts like Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc., whome you can report spam only and the accounts are blocked on establishment. But, on serious police investigation by cyber crime wing such persons can be identified by the police.
