RESPECTED SIR, I WAS WORKING IN A AUTONOMUS UNIVERSITY (NOW CENTRAL UNIVERSITY) IN CHHATTISGARH AFTER SELECTION THROUGH UNIVERSITY PANEL AS PER UGC. I JOINED IN NOV 2002. THEN IN MAY 2007 I RESIGNED AFTER SERVING ONE MONTH NOTICE TO JOIN PSU UNDER MINISTRY OF DEFENCE. ALL MY COLLEAGUE WHO ARE STILL WORKING THERE GOT ARREARS OF SIXTH PAY COMMISSION FROM 1/1/2006. IF I AM ELLIGIBLE FOR ARREARS. IS THEIR ANY MENTION IN PAY COMMISSION & GOVT NOTIFICATION FOR ARREARS TO EMPLOYING WHO LEFT ORGANISATION

You have every right to claim your arrears as per 6th CPC. Your pay fixation would have been done and arrears would have been drawn in your previous organisation. The same would be lying undisbursed to be claimed. You can claim the same now. However, in case of any ommission on the part of the management, you can now apply for refixation of pay according to the 6th CPC and arrears drawn now.

You are fully entitled for the arrears of 6th Pay Commission. You immediately make a representation and obtain the desired amount.
