hello experts

I am software engineer working in pune based MNC i have sold my plot/residential land to my younger brother as i don't want to settle down in pune which i bought 3 years back before my marriage and sale of plot to my brother took place after marriage. just after 3 months of sale of plot my wife left the house and put 498A and DV case against me.

now my brother is willing to construct a house on that plot actually he is worried whether she(my wife)can claim share on it. if divorce happened between us.

She is well aware of that plot.
