charge on the accused is that boguse seeds sale by accused to farmer, hence farmer lost is income. hence farmer lodge the complaint to police station directly u/s 420.

there should be relevant docuemnts to that effect otherwise how can he proceed. Now a big issue is going in and around Nashik Maharashtra of seeds case only. you can refer to the same its the same related topic. they have move to Court now . Please place your queries with relevant facts otherwise the opion given by Experts will also be of no use because it wont serve the purpose.
