Kindly do not analyse the law and the judgements on the basis of media reports in newspapers and television. they report everything in half-baked manner and sending wrong signals to the society. This is happening in several matters. Who told you that DRT is there for auctioning the properties. it is only the concerned bank which has the authority to conduct the auction. If there is any flaw in the same, the parties are provided the remedy before DRT. It is a supervisory jurisdiction conferred on DRT. Hence don't be misled by the reports on the media.
