If in the matter of criminial breach of trust in which amount exceeds two thousand rupees, whether it is compundable as per amendment(2008)in the cr.p.c.

Under Section 320(2) Cr.P.C., the offence is compoundable, with the permission of the Court, at the instance of owner of propoerty in respect of which breach has been committed.

CrPC amendments 2008, because of the protests of lawyers is on hold.It has become a law but its dateof enforcement is not being announced.

So, at present it is not applicable.
