Sec 118 0f transfer of property act

when money attached in exchange then that exchange is valid exchange ?

If the parties intended to make an exchange of properties, the mere fact that a small sum of money was paid by one to another by way of adjusting the values would not alter the nature of the transaction as an exchange. SO where money attached in exchange is a valid exchange.
