Should the search/title report for a flat include the report on the leasehold land on which it was built, or it is not necessary - the purpose of the report is to give to the bank for loan for purchase of flat - 2-3rd resale

I need a firm reply - Yes or No, since this question remained unaswered. Does the Search/Title report for purchase of flat need to specify details about the leasehold land ?

Answer is YES title search excercise is carried to assure the potential buyer about the clear title. You can not say that title of the flat is claer without saying that title of the land, on which flat is built is clear
