Is there any particular format for moving application to the collector/D.M. under sec.14 of the SARFAESI act,2002.

there isn't any particular format as such however, every DM has its own method of dealing with the same. in some places it is just in the form of a letter annexing all the relevent papers.. and at some places its in the form of application similar what we file in court.
