SARFAESI ACT

Dear Sir/Madam
There is exemption to agri.land u/s 31(i) of SARFAESI Act but that agri land if actually used for indusrial purposes then still it allowed to exempt? Pls provide relevant case law...

If the land is put to industrial use,the exemption cannot be claimed at all.
