Some people are tenants in the public trust property and they want to stall the sale at through away price by trustees. Where and how relief available.

You can file a suit for injunction restraining alienation.

As the Trust is stated to be a public Trust, it must have been registered with Charity Commissioner. The tenants may lodge a complaint with Cahrity Commissioner who will take action agaisnt the Trustees immediately. This would be a quicker remedy.
