Hi Sir,
I am working as QA with Qual-touch BPO and I had changed the depatment so my payroll was also changed from Qual-touch to some other payroll however working in same company under different reporting manager
The salay gets credited on every 1st of month and we send our attendance from 15th to 16th of every month. During movement my last working day was 12th July and I had sent my attendance of 28 days. I was in an impression that salary of 28 days will be credited but only 4200 Rs were credited out of my total inhand salary which is 10500
Please suggest, i spoke to my ex reporting manager and HR but they are not entertaining my issue.

If payroll or drawing officer is different for each department only the concerned department is responsible to pay the salary for the duty days of work in that department, may the company be the same. So, you may have to put your claim to the concerned department for the rest of the salary.
If your monthly work cycle is 15th-16th and if wages are paid on 1st of the subsequent month then it might get regarded as late payment inviting penalties.
Probably you have not been asked to resign and you have not resigned from one establishment and have not joined by submitting joining in any other establishment!
Probably you have not been terminated and you have not received any termination order from establishment that has appointed you!
The HR as per your post is probably same for all payrolls!
If Hr is not responding submit a representation in writing with a copy to you under proper acknowledgment addressed to Payroll Executive with a copy to HR, Head-HR, Reporting Manager(s), and demand explanation of deduction in pay/lower payment and demand Wage slip that should have been supplied at least a day before disbursement of wages, and if satisfactory reply is not given in writing you may escalate to good offices of appointing authority,MD……………..and thereafter …………………you can represent to

Write to the concerned department for payment of balance of salary.
