Please represent to your employer in writing quoting the provisions in the terms of your employment (if any) as to payment of salary

If you are still serving there and shall serve for a long then approach humbly through channels and wait for their response otherwise you may invite various problems for your future in the company. In private sector various things have to be tolerated.
