I want to get information Regarding NGO ..like case filled against NGO, Formation of NGO, monitoring & Audit,

I want to file an RTI to get the above said information..

"Where should i file the RTI in which Deptt or ministry"
Please Provide with details..

You should inspect the office of public body where the NGO is registered.If it is registered under Societies registration Act,as it is popular choice,you should visit the office of Registrar of firms and societies chit fund etc.of the concerned area.
