Write in plain paper stating the reasons point wise and send to appellate authority within 30 days.
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 21 September 2011
Dear Mr. Raja,
The question is not whether you are satisfied with the information or not. They are only supposed to give you the information that you sought. They are not supposed to give the information which may 'satisfy' you.
Therefore, before thinking in terms of preferring any appeal, you have to say what information you sought and what reply that you got. Only after knowing the same, one will be in a position to give a view.

I agree with mr.R.Ramachandran.

Shri Ramachandran has rightly advised you. You can appeal only if some wrong information has been supplied against your specific requirement or delayed beyond 30 days.

I agree with Expert Ramachandran.
