you have to make a will dividing your property among your legal heirs . nominee is only a trustee .

If I MAKE A WILL THAT SHE WILL ENJOY FULL RIGHT IN MY SHARE OF PROPERTY(self aquired),
Can she continue to stay after my death.

Even if you don't make a will, your wife is one of your legal heir and she has equal right on your share of the property. Thus she can continue to live in that house as long as she wishes / remarries after your death.

Yes she can stay but apart from that you can execute deed of gift in her favour as well.

You should bear in mind that your share in the property is only 1/3 as on day and after your death, 1/9 share shall go in favour of your wife and 4/9 each shall be inherited by your son and daughter born out of your first wife if no child is born out of your second marriage.
In the given calculation, your second wife may reside in the aforesaid house subject to the permission of the major share holders.

Dear sri Makkad sahib It was in good faith that I added names of son and d-inlaw.They have deserted me long back and setteled in Eroupe.I also have two daughters .Suggest remedy that the lady who is loking after me in old age is not left in lurch after my death.
