Dear Sir,

Can anybody help me in letting me know if we have any law pertaining to innovating of "Right of Way or Access" to a property, any orders pertaining to it.

This is what is known as 'Easement Right'.Though the Easement Act was passed long back, it never came into effect. However, the principles are applied by the courts in determining Easements.
