Currently I am working in SBI as an Officer. I was made a scapegoat by my superiors in a theft case, unfortunately leading to my suspension on 26 September 2025. As advised in the order, I request for an appeal within 45 days of Suspension. I requested the Bank to provide the supporting documents and CCTV footage to prove my innocence, which they did not respond till date. However I have not been issued any chargesheet in connection with the case. After 5 months from the date of suspension, I received a Review order on 21 February 2026 where it was mentioned that the suspension order shall continue. Should I move to HC to file petition against the suspension order??

Based on the details provided, you have a strong case to challenge your continued suspension in the High Court, particularly because you have not been issued a charge sheet, and the bank has failed to provide supporting documents/CCTV footage, violating principles of natural justice and fair play.
you should consider moving to the High Court (HC) to file a writ petition against the suspension order, as the suspension appears to be improperly prolonged and arbitrary.
A review order that simply states the suspension "shall continue" without addressing the lack of progress or the lack of documents is legally vulnerable.
Undue delay in disciplinary proceedings affects your right to livelihood and reputation.
Before filing in court, send a formal, urgent legal notice through a lawyer to the Competent Authority/Appellate Authority of SBI. Demand the immediate revocation of the suspension and access to the CCTV footage/documents, citing the 5-month delay and absence of a charge sheet.

The bank has not yet provided the information as requested by you but they have not respond, you can certainly approach HC through an advocate who is well versed the field, as advised by the learned expert Sri T.Kalaiselvan Sir.

Very well analysed, opined and advised by learned experts, I endorse it.
Suspension cannot remain in force indefinitely.
It would be appropriate to show relevant records to a local prudent lawyer practicing service matters for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

The Charge-memo having not been issued, you may approach the High Court.
