i m class I gazetted officer selected by upsc and working as associate professor at mamc.i m being harassed by my head of the department.kindly let me know what are powers,privilages and immunities are available for me in my career.

Dear Mr. Khan,you have many privelages and powers,you can lodge several complaints at several places.but please be some clear regarding the harrassment being done by your HOD on you.

1.KEEP TRACK OF ALL THE HARESSMENT INFLICTED ON YOU BY YOU SUPERIORS BY WRITING THEM DOWN IN A NOTE BOOK.
2.LOOK FOR SOME EVIDENCE ORAL OR WRITTEN WHICH YOU CAN USE THEM FOR EVIDENCE
3.SPECIFICALLY WRITE DATES WHEN YOU MENTION THE HARESSMENT .

Dear Mr. Khan,
Harassment is a generic term. Please be specific. There may instances you may be called upon to rectify and rectify and rectify that which officially required to do. Though one can understand or feel correctly that it is harassment and yet, it is too far for being complained. In that sense of the matter, I want you to be too specific to enable segregation. In service jurisprudence, the relationship hassles between a boss and the subordinate is humourously in the legal circles is called MIYA BIBI KA JHAGDA. You got to be more specifice and in the meanwhile find out past cases of harassment and the reason why your head has dislike as to harass you. You will then be able to harness your legal rights within the service rules
