restitution of conjugal rights

i wan to know what benefits a husband gets when case of restitution of conjugal right filed by him for his wife is decided in his favour and also can the wife file a case of divorce against his husband if the case of restitution of conjugal right filed by the husband is decided in husbands favour.please let me know.

The benefits of RCR is not much. Yes The wife can file suit for divorce.

yes she can file but if she has already lost RCR on contesting she needs very strong reasons to claim divorce.
