Resignation from Govt. Job

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 22 July 2011 This query is : Resolved
My self was working with Govt. of Maharashtra. Worked 16 years with Govt. service. In month of March 10 resigned from job by paying one month basic pay.
Till date I am being not informed by my office whether my resignation is sanction & I am being relived from my job.

I had given letter to office on July 2010 that I wanted to take back my resigantion.
But till date office is not communicating any thing on this. I had send letters to higher authoritis. But no reply from them. Can I go to MAT. Will I get my job again.

Don't say "I wanted to take back my resignation".

Just write an application clearly stating, "I HEREBY WITHDRAW MY RESIGNATION LETTER, DATED ........ SO MY RESIGNATION REQUEST MAY BE TREATED AS CANCELLED AND I BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE IN SERVICE."

submit your request for withdrawal of resignation through proper channel, with a copy endorsed to yourself and also send advance copy by Registed Acknowledgement Due letter to the authority competent to accept your resignation

In case, you have not received letter of acceptance of your resignation, you can withdraw the same.

Mr Dhingra do you have any background or expereince to give such advice.

Dear "Your Advocate",

Please try to give your answers to the queries instead of questioning somebody else's background or experience.

It will not lead you any where.

At worst, somebody may question as to what authority you have to question about other's credentials.

It would be better for you to provide your views to the queries posed, or to differ pointedly to the answers provided.

Even my current view is also uncalled for - because nobody asked me for this view. But in the over all interest of the LCI Forum I thought I could suggest this pragmatic way.

If it is not acceptable to you, please ignore my this post.

Why not if people start poking nose in fields unknown to them it is essential to cross them and ask for their credentials .

If a man on street start giving advice like an expert medical person will you not question him, if you will not than you want to escape from your basic responsibility to expose quacks.

Mr.Expert PS Dhingra, CEO, Dhingra Group
may or may not be a lawyer but i have found his advises most of the time more better than many of us claiming to be lawyer on many of the business topics involving law.

Dear "YOUR ADVOCATE" !
you lack capacity to raise such a question of his competence as on this LCI he is at par with all experts added here.LIKE EVERY ONE HE APPLIED AND WAS ADDED BY SOME ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT,SO HERE EVERY ONE ADDED AS AN EXPERT CAN NOT BOAST OF ANY SUPERIORITY OVER THE OTHER,HE CAN EITHER CONFIRM A VIEW EXPRESSED OR CAN PUT A DIFFERENT OPINION.OPINIONS ARE MEANT TO BE DIFFERENT,OFTEN,AS WE ALWAYS HAVE AT LEAST TWO SIDES,IF WE CHOOSE TO CONTEST EVEN A GENUINE RIGHT .

Again the controversy. Ego is playing its role. Opinion expressed in this forum is not to be taken as gospel truth. Dear experts, Pl. avoid such pinching approaches. Be broad minded. I request the authorities of LCI to edit such replies before being posted. Dont allow this site to be used as a platform to wreck personal vengences. if one does not accept the reply of another, one is at liberty to show how and why he differs. Let this platform be a healthy arena rather than a stage to blow one's own trumpet.
Words of Sri. Prabhakar singh and Ramachandra Rao are timely and worth noting. I think, a post by Dingra that he would publish a directory of experts has paved the way for all these contarversies.

Sorry if I have exceeded my limits and hurt the passion of anybody.
