Resignation and final settlement

Hi I worked for a company as Associate Buisness manger for 2 years due to my fMily situation and transfer we had to relocate. I hade served my notice period period of 2 months and extra 15 days of their request. Then i requested them formy reliving letter and final settlement they are asking me to work from home. I told them tat i am not interested anymore. It has been 6 months i have been literally begging for my rwleiving letter. and salary for the last month i worked. They are not responding. Now they are coming up new things that i need to submit some. documents. I am really in financial crisis and being women i am bread winner at home. I am unable to apply to any company. I coudnt resist thats why i am posting here

Resignation cannot be refused to be accepted. Like others, I won't advice you to serve a legal notice, as that may make your case more complicated. Any court case may prove you costly in your career and with financial strain.

Just write them a simple email or letter asking them to confirm from which date they have accepted your resignation? Also to ask, if not accepted, they may intimate reason for non acceptance of resignation. Once they admit that they have accepted your resignation, your claim would substantiate against them.

After receipt of any communication in response to your mail/ letter, do get your case examined in detail with reference to your case related papers for further advice how to proceed further to get the results expedited in simple ways.

I have served notice period for 2 months as stated in the appointment letter. They didnt get any replacement and have been asking for releiving letter.Now after 6 months they asked for work details and after that they told they will give. But now they are saying they have to check individual document. They are delaying my releiving letter and my last settlement. Taking everyday followup they are not responding. What to do?? They told me extend i did for 10 days. They told me to work from home i told i am not interested. After that no reply. How should i take my next step.
