If the new company is reasdy to induct you as without any relieving letter then you should not hae problem. The previous company can not do anyhting with regard to the nwe job except filing sut to recover the stipulated amount for non serving the notice period.

You can join new company.Previous company can do nothing except to file a suit for recovery of three months pay{notice period}.

You present the resignation letter copy and RPAD acknowledgment sent to the previous employer.

You present/future employer will be happy that you have followed the rules.

WHAT IS THE MOVEMENT OF NEW COMPANY. IF IT IS READY TO JOIN YOU THEN THERE IS NO PROBLEM AS SAID BY DEVAJYOTI,OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT AGAINST PREVIOS COMPANY WITH AN APPLICATION FOR AD-INTERIM-INJUNCTION FOR OBTAINING A INTERIM DIRECTION AGAINST PREVIOUS COMPANY TO NOT MAKE ANY INTERFERENCE IN YOU NEW JOB WITH NEW COMPANY.
