Renting of property

Learned Members,

I am in the process of purchasing a residential property in Ernakulum, Cochin. I want to rent the property once the stamp duty and registration formalities are done with.

What i want to know is :
1. That can i rent the 3BHK property to 3 different people with 1 bedroom for each one?;
2. Can i make one single rent agreement for all the 3 people or I will have to make 3 different rent agreements?

it is better to rent out entire flat to one family .

you will need separate agreement if you are renting out 1 bedroom to different persons
