Respected sir / madam,
My car parking building was neighbor place. Both are don’t know. Recently surveyors marking
All street in our village. That time surveyors informed my car park building is not your place, this is
Neighbor place like this.( 250 sqr. Feet occupied) Now neighbor request to remove the car park building like this.
I agreed, but I did not remove. Because I requested him to give me one year time for remove the car parking building. But neighbor was given only 3 months time. After 3 months without any notification
He was removed my wall. I compliment to police station but police saying this not criminal act, this is
Civil case, u has to go to court like this. What can I do now?
Questions:
1. In this case civil / criminal?
2. May I know IPC SECTION and punishment details?
3. I don’t want wall damaged cost, I want put in the jail to neighbor.

yES, THIS IS CIVIL DISPUTE AND IF YOU WANT TIME THEN YOU HAVE TO FILE CIVIL SUIT FOR DECLARATION AND INJUNCTION.
Since you re not the owner, better shift to another parking space.

You may move the civil court under Section 6 of the Specific Relief Act.
However, you may get only a temporary relief. It is better you accept the fact and make other provisions for parking the car.
