Relocation benifits

I'm working in a company in Chennai, the company after 1 year is now shifting to Gurgaon which is comparatively costly. There were no terms mentioned in the Offer Letter. So now Am I entitled for relocation benefits ( Hike in salary)? if yes on what in what grounds ?

Its'a matter of agreement between you two,as law has kept you two free to agree as you both desire.No rule is there to be probed.
