Releaving letter

respected sir
i m working with pvt. co sience 15 months
my notice period is one month bus some problems i leave the co. in fifteen days then co not give a releaving letter. pls advice..

you pay the differences of notice period to company and ask for releaving letter.

If notice period is 30 days or a month salary in lieu there of then you need to surrender a month pay as compensation to get
it.Negotiate with head of HR.
