Regular bail confirming of anticipatory bail

Dear Sir,
kindly give your valuable input and suggestion that :-
Anticipatory bail was already granted to all the family members. Final charge sheet is submitted by IO in 498a in back 15days. My anticipatory bail is under hearing before the session court and next date is in next week.
my queries : My family members have to take bail again after submitting of final chargesheet by IO ?. if bail is to be taken then, what is proper time within which the bail petition is to be filed ? In geting such bail, all the family mambers are required to present before the court as all members are out of state? Husbnad's anticipatory bail is in pending before session court in back one year. after getting bail of husbnad, all members can take regular bail ?

Yes, this is called regular bail. It can be applied for even before submission of charge sheet.
It has nothing to do with the AB of husband.
