Registration of company LOGO and slogan

Dear All,

What is the procedure to get the company LOGO change and registered.
Is process becomes different when we have to Patent the same?

what kind of forms are required for the same and from where I can get those forms.

How can we check that our LOGO and slogan are not identical to others.

How much time the complete process takes?

Kindly suggest me ASAP.

You can not make patent of your company's logo.
Patent is something different.
You need to apply for registration of your logo as trade mark.
iT would be better if you take help of an advocate for the registration.
The office of the registrar of trade mark would publish your trade mark or logo in the gazzete and if any objections raised by any one you will have to change it or defend it according to the situation.
